Lemon Lime Slice

Ingredients
  1. Lemon Lime Avocado Cream
  2. 4 Avocado- peeled
  3. ¼ cup Maple Syrup
  4. Pinch Himalayan crystal salt
  5. 2 tbsp raw coconut oil
  6. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  7. Juice from 4 Limes
  8. Juice and Zest from 1 Med Lemon
  9. Blend all ingredients together in a food processor
  10. Walnut Crust
  11. 2 cups walnut pieces or Macadamia Nuts
  12. 6 Dates- soaked
  13. Pinch Himalayan crystal salt
  14. 6 drops vanilla extract
  15. ½ Tsp Cinnamon
  16. ½ tsp Ginger – minced
Instructions
  1. Place the walnuts and dates in a food processor with remaining crust ingredients.
  2. Process till the mixture is like chunky peanut paste.
  3. Form a crust in a biscuit tray.
  4. Toppings
  5. Handful of fresh blueberries
  6. Mint leaves – chopped very fine
  7. Top with Lemon Lime cream mix.
  8. Garnish with Blueberries and Mint.
  9. Refrigerate for two hours before serving.
  10. Can be frozen in portions
