Grilled Gourmet Pizza
  1. Rye Pitta breads/ spelt or Gluten free pizza bases
  2. Tomato paste
  3. Grilled Eggplant – (from deli 4 slices)
  4. Onion - thinly sliced
  5. tomato- chopped
  6. green capsicum – sliced
  7. kalamata olives – pitted
  8. dried chilli – sprinkle to taste
  9. oregano
  10. Hommous
  1. Grill Rye/ Spelt base – spread with tomato paste and hommous, top with onion, fresh tomato, garlic – then layer other ingredients – sprinkle with oregano and grill until vegies are browning slightly..
