Green as Stirfry


Green as Stir Fry
  1. 1 head of broccoli
  2. 3 cups of chick peas
  3. 2 cups of snow peas
  4. 2 bunches of bok choy or any other green veges of choice
  5. ½ cup cashews
  6. sesame oil
  7. 1tsp garlic
  8. 1tsp ginger
  9. 2 tbsp tamari
  10. Cooked brown Rice or Quinoa
  11. Corinader to Garnish.
  1. Heat Wok or Fry pan ass sesame oil, garli,and tamari add vegetables and stir for five mins.
  2. Add chopped coriander and cashews just before serving
  3. Serve in a bowl on a bed of brown rice or quinoa.
