Choc Chip Mint Smoothie
  1. 1 peeled and frozen banana
  2. 1 bunch of English spinach frozen or fresh
  3. 1/4 cup of organic nut butter
  4. 1/2 avocado, peeled and stone removed
  5. handful of mint leaves or 1/8 teaspoon of peppermint essence
  6. 1 teaspoon of alcohol free vanilla extract
  7. 1 cup of almond milk
  8. 1/2 cup of coconut water
  9. 3 tablespoons of raw cacao nibs
  1. place all ingredients into a powerful blender and blend until smooth.
  2. add cacao nibs and blend until smooth
